Client Challenge

Our client, an e-commerce wholesaler of toys, novelties, and party supplies, identified areas for improvement related to the speed of category pages, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility. Enhancements to ADA compliance and user experience on mobile devices were recognized as opportunities to better serve their customers. There was also an opportunity to optimize infrastructure monitoring to proactively address performance and uptime concerns, ensuring a more reliable experience. Additionally, the team saw potential in streamlining resource cost optimization, security updates, and establishing a more robust backup and restore system for cloud resources. A more standardized approach to processes, prioritization, and estimation could also help improve value delivery moving forward. The client acknowledged that enhancing the admin interface for managing the mega menu and providing a more user-friendly CMS for non-technical users would significantly improve content management.
