Client Challenge

The client is a global leader in essential network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) that keep businesses connected worldwide. The client sought to modernize their products by harnessing the opportunities provided by the cloud, while maintaining the strength of their traditional on-premises solutions. Augmenting the capabilities of existing products and creating richer integrations to accommodate market needs was crucial. However, skill and capacity gaps created formidable barriers that needed to be addressed. Moreover, the client aimed to launch innovative products by leveraging their existing, in-house open-source solutions.

Approach

Innovation Ideation - Created a more intuitive interface to showcase product value and assembled a dedicated team to drive open-source development and expand offerings
Cloud Architecture & Engineering - Increased products and tools’ capabilities by integrating them with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP
Product Development - Developed, extended, and adapted core products, tools and open-source software led by the client, such as portals, observability agents, and backend services
