However, the absence of a strong QA culture and inadequate Quality Assurance (QA) procedures presented difficulties for their engineering team. Their current manual testing procedure was laborious, prone to errors, and not scalable. To guarantee effectiveness, performance, and dependability, the customer had to embrace agile approaches and incorporate QA into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
